    Easy Repair
The part arrived timely and it was easy to fix. However, the second time I pulled the rope to start my leaf blower it ripped. Not happy with the quality since it didnt even last a week.

    Lack of costumer service
Bought a few parts to fix my chainsaw. Accordanly to the description at the website i've thought that i had purchased the right one, but no, which was so far ok. Paid express shipping to get those. But on return after had to call the company to be specific on the right part to order, was charged 5 dollars to get my refund on the first parts, what wasnt informed during a long phone call with the company. So out of 24 dolars with taxes for the parts, got 9$ back, remembering that this company is 4 blocks from my house.
