After that, it's simply a matter of removing all of the pieces. You will need a #25 Torx bit and a hex wrench. Pay close attention to the order you remove things because you cannot always get to the screw if you do them out of order. For example, there is a mounting screw that cannot be reached if you reinstall the muffler out of order.
When you get down to the engine, you will find the magneto unit on one end and fan disk on the other. You will need a small gear puller to remove each after you remove the nuts. Note that one nut is right hand thread and the other is left hand thread.
You're now down to the short block. See note below. Replace the old one with the new one and add all the parts back on in the reverse order that you took them off.
Take your time and make sure to keep everything organized and it's not too difficult, but will take 2 or more hours to disassemble and reassemble the blower. When I finished, I primed the carb, and it started on the third pull. This is better than when it was new!
NOTE: the short block appears to be made for a number of different applications, and as such, there are mounting holes that are not used. Also, not all of the optional mounting holes are threaded. You will need a .9 metric tap to thread the one mount that attaches the engine to the top of the fan shroud.
