Easy replacement of fuel valve with bushing
We were preparing for an ice storm in SC. We started up the generator and all sounded great. Time to fill up the fuel tank. With it near full, we started it up and the gas gushed out of the fuel valve. After cleaning up, we headed for our computers and up came e eReplacementParts. The order went in, and the part was received exactly 6 days later! Excellent communication about the filling of the order and tracking it as well. You are now our go to place. Thank you, the part fit perfectly, and the generator is ready for the next power outage.

Remove the old fuel valve and bushing. Insert the new valve partially into the new bushing and then insert the valve with bushing into the hole in the fuel tank and push on both until the bushing is seated properly in the hole and the valve snaps firmly into the bushing. It wasn't quite as easy as it sounds and I had to carefully use a rubber hammer to get the fuel valve all the way into the bushing properly, but it worked and there are no leaks. My generator is back in service, just in time for winter snow and ice storms!
