Missing flap and damaged fuel cap
Opened box and installed cap. Had to remove fuel tank to install outlet flap. And remove outlet face from behind cover or outlet box. Install flap by pulling rubber nipples through face. Reinstalled cover. And tank. Easy install and great parts.

, I already had the tank off for cleaning so my hands.
Bad gas and stopped up tank filter & broken filler cap.
1. Removed and cleaned tank.
2. Removed tank shutoff/filter.
3. Removed cracked tank shutoff/filter grommet.
4. Lubed new grommet with a grease and re-installed.
5. Lubed new shutoff/filter valve and re-installed.
6. Installed tank & new fuel line.
7. Finished

Electric start would not work
1. Drained the fuel tank on top of the Troybilt generator and removed the four bolts. Unhooked the battery. Lifted the tank and removed the old Solenoid-Starter and installed the new one. Piece of cake. Thanks for quick response on sending my order.

Sat to long and had bad gas. Removed fuel valve to clean out and the bushing tore
Removed the gas from the tank
Removed the gas line
Pull off the fuel valve and bushing
Put a little oil on the bushing and pressed it in
Pressed the valve into the bushing
Hooked up the gas line
Replaced fuel cap

1 Removed and replaced spark plug
2 Removed and replaced fuel gauge cap
