    Had not used this greater for several yrs and the gaskets in the carb hardened and leaked

    Screwdriver, Socket set, Wrench Set

    1 Removed carburetor 2/ Totally disesesembled carb 3/ matched all parts in kit 3/ Reesembled carb reconnected carb to engine (2 phillips bolts) 4 put gasoline into gas tank and pumped gas into carb to check for leaks. The whole process took a little over an hour. Pretty simple to re do.

    motor had set outside for too many years.

    I could not repair the motor. The block had 2 cracks 3" long on the corners on the same side.

    I will keep the parts, because I have other motors that can use the same parts.

    starter clutch jamed, breaking the starter pully.

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, scrach all

    pulled cover, replaced all parts needed. you have to make sure you wind up the starter spring enough so when you let the rope retract it returns all the way in. and if you pull the seal off the starter clutch, old part. watch out for ball bearings to drop. I couldn't believe that parts were still available for my 42 year old pincor generator. I almost junked it, now it's back in service running great. thanks for being there.
