Fuel filter replacement and repair of control arm off-switch on Echo blower.

Tool Type

Blower

Time

30-60 minutes

Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Hook wire to access in-tank fuel filter.

Made a wire hook to retrieve in-tank fuel filter. Replaced air filter. Both are regular maintenance work.

Replaced broken shoulder bolt and all washers on Echo blower control arm. Also bent and repositioned shut-off switch leafs on the end of the control arm since blower would not shut off after use (Moving the speed control sliding switch to the off position did not ground out ignition and therefore would not shut off.....had to apply choke in order to kill the engine.)
