    1. Shut off fuel to carb.
    2. Remove carb from engine.
    3. Strip carb and notice where all parts fit.
    4. Replace old parts and put back in reverse order.

    carburetor flooding over and drained fuel tank into the crankcase.

    removed carb, cleaned, and rebuilt it with the new parts. installed on engine. Drained crankcase that had oil / gas mix. refilled oil and changed filter. started up and runs good.

    remove carb, unscrew bowl while holding carb upside down.remove float,switch needle,re-assemble carb.

    Carb would not shut fuel off
