The flexible plastic gasket is fitted in the carburetor, securing and protecting the float bowl components from dust and leakage. Took off carburetor and took apart and cleaned. O-ring gasket was smashed and expanded too much to reuse. Ordered new one and re-assembled. Started on the third pull.
