Remove 13mm nuts from side cover. Release safety brake. Remove side cover. (usually you pull spark plug and insert string into cylinder) But I just smacked clutch outer with a big slot screwdriver and hammer. Spin it off and remove. Now pull up on clutch drum. Make sure to replace washers behind and inside drum in same order when you put new drum on. Thread on new clutch assembly. Tap again with screwdriver/hammer to seat it. Replace side cover, hand tighten 13mm nuts. Screw the chain tension adjuster out a bit to get side cover on nicely if it's not going. Hand tighten 13mm nuts on side cover. Adjust chain tension again. Tighten cover nuts. Done.
Chain would not hold tension, and was continuously slipping off bar. Also got very hot when cutting small logs
