Hello Dave, Thank you for writing. Sadly, the part you are requesting we do not have listed for your model. We strongly recommend you contact the manufacturer, as they would have this information in their system. Ask them for the part number you require and contact back to see if it is something we carry. I took the pieces and put them together to complete the edge guide for my cordless Ryobi Trim Router. The Rigid and Ryobi interchange and I could not order the edge guide from Rigid or Ryobi because they were out so this worked! I bought the part numbers below. The other wing nut was for a B & D router and it fit perfect!

Order these part numbers and you will be set for the trim router guide.

Edge guide bar 671499001 qty 2

Cord was cut and carbide blades were badly nicked

    James - December 5, 2019
    Tool Type

    Planer

    Difficulty

    Easy

    Time

    15-30 minutes

    Tools Used

    Screwdriver, Wrench Set

This used Dewalt planer DW677 was a "gift" from a friend. The cord was easily replaced after removing 1/2 of the cover. The carbide blades were removed using the spanner which is just a small narrow wrench. Turn the retaining nuts clockwise to enable the two blade holders to be slid out of the planer. Pull out the old carbide blades and insert the new. Slide both units into the drum and back off the retaining nuts to tighten in place. Take care to index each carbide cutter on the drum so they are in the same location on the drum. This was the most difficult step but overall a piece of cake.

Opened up the packages, puts the wing screw through the clamp, align the wing screw perpendicular to the mounting threaded hole and then threaded it in a couple of turns. Then positioned the work hold down shaft between the saw and the clamp and secured. A half turn counter clockwise will allow the hold down to be raised or lowered as needed, then the comfortable wing screw can be tightened at the desired position.
