Website is very helpful to find the parts needed
I have been a customer for probably 10 years maybe more. Own cabin and manage them in a very remote area. Parts are easy to find on website for amateur and delivered quickly with an option of expedited shipping and most of the time is a necessity for me. Great service.

If you order it, It will come
No complaints about receiving the starter housing unit I ordered. Just wish we had manufacturer’s committed to building products to last. I’ve only had this Tro Bilt trimmer a couple years, and replaced the starter housing three times. These products, that I use maybe every couple months for a few hours, should last much longer than a year. But, the E Delivery process worked well.

It was pretty easy putting it back together. Just make sure your fuel tank little rubber supports is connected to your tank. and make sure your fuel line is connected back to your primer. It may come off when your are taking it apart. Make sure you are using the right tools when you take it apart. I had to use torx bit to take the the Troy Bilt trimmer housing off.
