    Always works
I ordered this sprocket for my ridgid planer and couldn't be more happy with the fast shipping. I have broken one of the original sprockets before and had to order a new one and the delivery is always on time. The quality and fitment is the same as the original!

    Slow shipping
Ordered a few things. Three sprockets that were the same and a material glide. The sprockets showed as in stock the glide was not. The order was held for a few weeks waiting on the glide. When the package arrived, the sprockets were 100% correct but the glide was the wrong part. I made them aware but no one responded. The glide wasn’t critical to my repair but was $15 that was wasted and no resolution to refund or exchange.

Feed rollers didn't turn - blade did

Took top and sides off a Rigid R4331 planer when it wouldn't pull a board into the blades. saw drive sprocket on outfeed roller was split in half (not sure how that could have happened). Drive gear in gearbox was ruined and gearbox actually was bent and gear teeth were all around. One chain seemed to have some problems from bent links as well. Outfeed roller was replaced because I filed out the key way a bit to pull the sprockets off and decided the key way then had too much play for sprockets. Most work was done with the on-board torx driver that came with the planer. Aside from spending too much time trying to make sure the outfeed roller was installed right, the whole repair took about 30 minutes. I made sure everything turned by hand after putting new roller, gearbox, sprockets and chains back on. Tightened everything up, plugged it in and stood slightly back in case it blew up. Works like a charm now. I bought the planer as a returned item from an online surplus dealer for 150. spent about 100 on parts..and it seems I now have a pretty much "new" planer.

My Rigid 13 Planer rollers stopped working. I found the chain drive sprocket was broken and starting searching for one on line. I looked at several sites and was finding nothing. My search led me to eReplacementparts.com and found they had the exact required part in stock. What was so nice was they crossed the part to several models instead of , its no longer available. Hats off to this team --

I replaced all the sprockets and drive chains. I figured there was too much lash in both chains so I replaced them and the sprockets. My time is more valuable than the cost of the 4 sprockets especially since they had to come off to replace both chains.
