This authentic OEM sourced replacement part is designed for use with kerosene and diesel portable forced air residential heaters and portable construction heaters. It acts as a pump by forcing air. This kit includes rotor, four (4) vanes and a shaft insert.
To complete this repair you will need a screwdriver set.
• Remove upper shell
• Remove filter end cover screws and separate the end cover and filters
• Remove pump plate screws and take out the plate
• Remove rotor insert and vanes
• Clean pump housing before installing new rotor
• Check the gap on rotor and adjust if needed
• Assemble unit and adjust pump pressure
