Description:
This authentic OEM sourced replacement part is designed for use with kerosene and diesel portable forced air residential heaters and portable construction heaters. It acts as a pump by forcing air. This kit includes rotor, four (4) vanes and a shaft insert. To complete this repair you will need a screwdriver set. • Remove upper shell • Remove filter end cover screws and separate the end cover and filters • Remove pump plate screws and take out the plate • Remove rotor insert and vanes • Clean pump housing before installing new rotor • Check the gap on rotor and adjust if needed • Assemble unit and adjust pump pressure |

Hello Ronald, Thank you for writing. We suggest checking for a holes in the air hose that connects the air pump to the burner nozzle and inspect the air pump rotor for damage. We hope this helps!

Heater comes on but does not seem to be blowing as hot as it used to. After a minute or so it turns off and the green power light blinks
Removed the side panel. Disconnected the fuel line and turned the filter counterclockwise to unlock the removed. Reinstalled in reverse.
Also replaced the thermostat sensor as directed by errplacements.
None of these corrected the problem.

motor was getting stuck and wold not turn
checked the rotor in the air pump. was worn and jamming the motor
replaced with new rotor and unit is working fine.
