2. For the pulley remove the belt from electric clutch pulley by releasing belt tension lever on left side of deck remove, then unscrew the bolt in pulley, and remove pulley. Replace in reverse order.
3. For the wheel gauge remove the bolt with a wrench and socket replace in reverse order.

removed belt and bad pulley and loosened tensioner
checked other pulleys and greased the mower deck blade fittings
put new pulley on and routed new belt
setup mower deck and checked belt routing and then set tensioner and started up and checked mower deck for operation.
My oem pulley seized and broke from the tension of the belt running over it.

Mandrel started wobbling very bad, upper supporters bearing gave out

2 while holding blade with gloved hand removed upper nut with socket and 18” breaker bar
3 removed upper drive pulley and shaft with blade still attached
4 removed the four bolts holding the mandrel, all four bolts broke off when trying to remove them, common with all mowers, new bolts come with new mandrel
5 pre thread the four self tapping bolts into the mandrel, remove the bolts install the mandrel, drive pulley and belt. All done!
hit rock, bent blade, and broke a mandrel.. Replaced all lower pulleys. But now I need a starter for a INTEK w/ XRD 20 20
