2, Immediately ordered new part from local source. Part came in and was wrong part.
3. Went to internet and first ordered needed part from _____ small engine repair. They did not have part in stock and advised me that they would let me know when part would ship.
called them back two days later and they advised they did not yet have part and that it
would be about three or four more days before they would receive the part to ship to me.
I cancelled the order with them and then ordered the correct part from you folks. Sweet
lady that took my order advise that you folks had one in stock and would ship out same
day. Part did ship same day as promised and I received part one day earlier than
promised. Great service, right part, good price. Thank you e replacement parts for your
your excellent service. signed, Frank S. Jr.
