The tension spring fell off. The belt was worn. I replaced both. Now it cuts well.

To because the spring kept falling off. Instead I attached the spring directly to the tensioner then over to the adjustable bnb eye bolt. Once it was tightened it was fine. The belt was tight.
Nut broke off the axle so I had to replace the who adjuster piece.

2. Then removed the handle bracket
3. Then removed the wheel adjuster from the handle bracket
4. Put new adjuster on the bracket.
5. Replace bracket.
6. Secure the carriage bolt and nut (had to buy an extra one since i discovered i was missing another one.
7. Replace undercarriage piece.
8. Put on the wheel and we're golden!
The bolts broke on the piece that hold the bearing for the second stage auger
