  • Replacing Blade
The fan blade arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I removed the bathroom vent motor from the housing by removing 2 screws which held in in place. I gently removed the old blade by prying it off the shaft with a screwdriver. I tapped the new blade on the shaft until flush. Reinstalled motor into housing. Plugged it in and it worked perfectly. Easy Peasy.
