    I removed the cover.
    Unplugged the motor
Searched for motor part unsuccessful until I finally found it on this site.
The motor arrived a few days after ordering.
I removed the bracket and fan blade from the old motor (check for fan orientation)
Put the bracket on with a screwdriver. The fan blade was a little harder due to the clamp but I was able to use needle nose pliers to open the clamp enough to put on.
I then reinstalled the complete set up. Plugged it in, checked to make sure it worked and reinstalled the cover.

Be careful reinstalling fan blade on motor shaft. There is a metal ring that fits over fan blade shaft housing which puts pressure on housing and motor shaft. It did not want to go on so I gently tapped the ring with a small 4oz hammer. DO NOT DO THIS as it will cause the motor shaft to bind in the motor increasing resistance and the ability of the shaft to rotate freely. A few taps on the other end freed it up. Otherwise it was a simple operation to complete.
