    Wrong part, no return/exchange policy
From your website I ordered a wheel adjuster for mower. I recieved wrong one. I called to swap left side adjuster I recieved for the right side adjuster I need. The lady said you don't pay for wrong order. I informed her I ordered from your website. She said description was yours, but the drawing wasn't. However the number on the description was put there by your team and it depends on which direction you looked at mower. I was denied shipping costs because I rely on your description. That being the numbers your team used/applied to the outsourced drawing. It's cheaper for me to keep and replace both wheel adjusters than return either. It's very clear this company makes money by quantity shipping not quality of service. I decided to change other front wheel as well. However I used a different company for the wheel. Hopefully they will use quality not quantity for their business; unlike yours. Maybe you should have more than one person check your descriptions.

Removed both wheels with socket. Removed height adjuster by removing two bolts under deck, removed snap ring and sliding gear off axel(there is a set pin behind it that you have to remove to complete next step) and using quite some force to slide broken bearing and adjuster off of axle. For some reason I ordered the wrong side height adjuster but converted it to the other side by simply removing lock c-clamp and flipping it inside out. Greased all axle points and bearing and slid new adjuster on followed by gear and set pin then wheels. A few washers in there as well. Removed debris cap over drive belt and replaced belt. My neighbor borrowed my mower and then problems started, I caught him banging the front of the mower on the ground to shake loose wet grass from underbelly of deck and he broke the height adjuster and hence the wheels began stripping. He's a decent fella but dumber than a stump.

    1. Remove hub cap and wheel nut
    2. Remove wheel
    3. Remove e clip on drive gear
    4. Remove drive gear, pawl, spring and washers
    5. Inspect for wear and dirt
    6. Clean all parts with soap and water, scrub with a brush to remove old grease
    7. Replace dust shroud if broken (this keeps dirt and debris out in the first place!)
    8. Reassemble, greasing each moving part with black lithium grease and replacing the old springs for new ones (you may have to flip the springs so that they cross over opposite of the way they came)
    9. Replace the e clip with a new one (these can be bent out of shape when removing and fall off later)
    10. Use silicone grease on the wheel shaft and put on the wheel
    11. Test to make sure the drive is working properly before putting the hub cap back on
    12. Done! Your self propel should work properly after this refresh.

Got a free Craftsman mower that would not self propel. After inspection, I realized what was wrong. The metal frame had been bent on one corner and so a c clip was missing and a pawl had worn a deep groove into the disc drive on that side. I went ahead and straightened the frame with a ball peen hammer and a bar clamp. When the parts got in, it was an easy fix. Assembled in minutes. The thing pulls like crazy now. Actually quicker than I usually walk. Might need to adjust the drive cable.
