Product Description ?

This replacement carburetor is an authentic OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket imitation. It is specially designed for use on Husqvarna and Poulan chainsaws. The purpose of a carburetor is to mix the air and gas before the fuel mix goes to the engine. This assembly includes a metal body carburetor and a plastic heat dam. When replacing carburetor it is advised that you also replace carburetor gaskets to ensure air tight seal. You will need a screwdriver to perform this repair.

Parts were all correct. The only challenge was the fuel line because of the design of my Husqvarna chain saw. You have to trade the fuel line from the inside of the gas tank. A u-tube search helped a lot. Thanks

I replaced the fuel line and the fuel filter but that had no effect. I ordered the carburetor from you and after putting it on, it started and ran well. The carburetor was adjusted at the factory so no adjustments were necessary. Job done, runs well.

After checking a few things i noticed the carb was not sucking gas through the line . Pulled the plug and put a small amount of gas in and on the plug . It fired right up but only ran a few seconds. Problem solved. Ordered a new carb and gasket. Had a walboro but the zama carb runs like new. Every thing lined up with no problem. Started after about 6 pulls but only takes 2 or 3 now when cold. If hot starts up first pull. Easy fix and runs like new. No special tools needed except one to adjust carb if needed but it comes preset .Thank you E replacement parts .
