Well done
The only improvement that I would like is faster shipping. But,the shipping date is given and it was accurate so its not a surprise...just not very good at waiting a few weeks after shopping. Product was just as described and packed well.

Got us what we needed
That they got me the slicing disk was no biggie--that they found me a work bowl that was no longer on the Cuisinart order list is much more impressive.
Their communications leave something to be desired. Some confusion about whether the work bowl would arrive, right up until it did. Took a long time, but that was not their fault.
