Have not used my Cuisinart in over ten years and used only sparingly before that. Now it will not start. Any recommendations? I live in Petaluma CA 94952. Any repair facilities locally?

Hi Robert, Thank you for your question. If the food processor is not starting make sure that the bowl and lid are positioned correctly on the food processor before you start it. If these parts are positioned correctly, the issue may be with the switch or the motor. These parts are sold with the food processor. If one of these parts is causing the issue, you may need to take it to a local technician to see if they can fix it for you. We hope this helps!
