It is a genuine OEM sourced replacement V-Belt that is specially designed for use with riding lawn mowers and garden tractors. This is the main deck belt that drives the blades. Over time belts tend to wear out and stretch eventually breaking, inspect the belt periodically and replace it as needed. Clean pulleys before installing the new belt to ensure top performance and longevity with your new belt. This part is made from durable rubber and it is sold individually.

Parts Used
Replaced both tensioner pulleys. Note the original pulleys where some type of plastic. They both actually started to melt from belt friction. I was glade to see that the new pulleys where both made out of metal. I used a bungee cord to hold down the brake/clutch tensioner peddle so that I could slip the belt off of both pulleys, this also allowed more room to access the nut to remove the moveable pulley. Note I left the mower pan on the mower I just dropped it all the way down and used a flex head ratchet to access the nuts that hold the pulleys on. I did need a cheater bar on the ratchet to remove one of the nuts.

Removed mower deck from tractor
Removed old belt
Removed old spindle, pulley, brake, and blade
Installed new spindle, pulley, brake, blade and belt.
Reinstalled mower deck.
Mowed the lawn!!!!
