It is an identical replacement for a missing or faulty tensioner that was installed on a new unit, please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this hardware. Removed side cover, plates, screws and tensioner. replaced with new parts that I had ordered. Reinstalled in reverse order and went to work

Chain tensioner bent.

Removed the chain bar plate. Took out the damaged tensioner, replaced with the new one. Put the bar plate back on and put back on the bar and chain. Checked the tensioner.
