2. Cleaned the spike with brake cleaner.
3. Clean around the screw hole with brake cleaner.
4. Install Lock nuts.
5. Go overkill and put Loctite on the top of screw threads.
6. Lose nut out of holders and search for 5 minutes.
7. Reinstall locknuts.
8. Align bumper spike on saw and install screws finger tight.
8. Tighten screws and complete the task.
The throttle trigger, spring, nut and bolt that hold them in were missing.
