I ordered an o-ring set for my power washer. The parts came promptly and fit perfectly. I had to contact customer service immediately after placing the order because I had mistakenly ordered three sets instead of two. The representative immediately made the adjustment for me. Great service

What do i need to repair my washer that does not produce any water pressure
Wes for model number 580.752540 asked on 2022-03-24
Hi Wes, Thank you for your question. If your pressure washer has no pressure, there are a few things that you will need to check. First, check to see if you have a faulty pump. Hook a garden hose up to the pump and turn the water on to allow it to flow through it. Once the water is running through the hose, turn the engine on to see if the water pressure increases. If the pressure does not increase, then there is an issue with the pump, and you will need to either repair or replace it. If the pressure does increase, then there is an issue with the parts that attach to it. If the engine is not running at full speed, this will prevent the water pressure from increasing. If the engine is not running at full speed, increase the speed on it. Check the wand to see if you have the correct pressure nozzle on it. If there is a low-pressure nozzle connected to the wand, replace it with a high-pressure nozzle. Also, remove the nozzle orifice and the spray tip to see if anything is obstructing them. If these parts are obstructed, clean or replace them. If the water inlet or filter screen are blocked or damaged this will prevent the water pressure from increasing and you will need to clean or replace them. If the high-pressure hose is leaking, check the o-rings to see if they are damaged. If they are, replace them. If air is leaking from the spray gun, you will need to replace it. Make sure that the water you are using is not over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is too hot use a cooler water supply. Check the water supply to the pressure washer to make sure it is at least 20 PSI. If the flow rate is not 20 PSI, find another water source. Always do regular oil checks on your pressure washer. If the oil level is too low, add more oil. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

Removed the lower pump unit from the washer, disassembled it. I rebuilt both the pump and the relief valve assemblies. It was easy to determine which 0-ring went where just by the count. The kit supplied new allen screws. After re-assembly and new oil, the unit performed as new.
