Product Description ?

This is an OEM replacement part used on Air Compressors. The gauge registers pressure readings and allows you to maintain needed pressure. This Gauge is Sold Individually.

You would need a Wrench to secure this Gauge to the Manifold. When replacing this item make sure to unplug the air compressor and bleed out air from the tank.

    Finally had the opportunity to make the needed compressor repairs. Upon opening the Tank gauge package I noticed the glass had about a 1/2 crack. I installed it anyway as I looked 100% better that the existing gauge. The crack doesn't appear to hurt performance.

    2. Wrapped Teflon tape on threads of replacement gauges
    3. Used wrench to install replacement gauges
    4. Turned compressor on the check operation of new gauges.

    Regulator broke

    2. removed regulator assembly
    3. detached hose
    4. then put hose and the gauge on the new regulator assembly
    5. then reattached it to the compressor
    6. than reattached the compressor to the air tank

    Pressure gauge not working.

    Parts Used
    Ordered the part, took to old gauge off and installed the new one. Started the compress and the gauge was now reading pressure. The only tools need was screw driver to take the cover off and a wrench to install the gauge.

    Replaced a broken (off) pressure gauge on compressor

    Remove the base of the broken gauge
    Make sure the opening is clear of loose debris
    Installed new gauge making sure the threads were inserted correctly
    Tightened the gauge using a small adjustable wrench, tightening the gauge for correct position and tightness, and being careful not to overtighten
    Turned on Compressor and checked for leaks.
    Said, "Hurrah."
