Will not turn on. Suspect bad rocker switch. The cover 0near the rocker switch is hot. I have the unit unplugged at this point. Figure I need to replace the switch.

Compressor runs and continues to run but does not build pressure above 90 psi. What do I need to fix the problem?

Hi John, Thank you for your question. If your air compressor is not building pressure, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the check valve, the pump, the pump rings, the filters, and the belt. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. My compressor will only pump up to 90 lbs. of pressure and continue to run without the increasing the pressure. If you shut it off it will maintain the 90 lbs. of pressure. What part do I need to replace?

when compressor shuts off at setting 120lbs there is a leak some ware around the cylinder when i pull back the connecting rod the leak stops when i push it towards the valve plate it leaks again i think i need a cylinder kit thanks jim

My compressor will fill up but then it will not turn on when the pressure drops. If I unplug it and wait a while it will start up . I'm guessing it's overheating but I don't know why
