You would need a Wrench to secure this Gauge to the Manifold. When replacing this item make sure to unplug the air compressor and bleed out air from the tank.

Installed new gauge.
Ran compressor to build up air.
Shut compressor off and checked air pressure..
Checked air pressure after 10 minutes.
Air pressure had not dropped. Therefore no leaks..

2. removed old guage using a small crescent wrench
3. wrapped threads of new gauge with teflon tape
4. installed new gauge and hand tightened, snug another turn with wrench. Dont over tighten as its plastic and you could strip it.

2. Disconnected hose from compressor to the old regulator.
3. Removed compressor from tank to allow clearance to remove the old regulator.
4. Removed the old regulator from the tank
5. Installed new the regulator on the tank
6. Reinstalled the compressor on the tank
7. Connected the hose from the compressor to the new regulator.
Regulator was not able to adjust outbound pressure

Remove old manifold and hose
Install new manifold and regulator then attach hose
(Had to purchase new hose clamp)
Reinstalled gauges, connector and safety valve

4. Removed malfunctioning gauge.
5. Installed new gauge.
