This replacement oil filter is specially designed for use with Kawasaki engines. It is a genuine OEM sourced part, not an aftermarket immitation. This oil filter is used to remove contaminants from the engine oil. This part is manufactured in accordance with applicable EPA emissions regulations. It is recommended to replace oil filters at least once a season. Please note, this item is sold individually.
To replace the oil filter you will need a pipe wrench or a filter wrench.
• Disconnect the spark plug
• Remove the old oil filter by twisting it counterclockwise
• Clean the sealing surface on the oil filter adapter from any dirt or debris
• Lightly oil the filter gasket with clean engine oil
• Install the new filter

Where we live the power goes out frequently during storms and severe weather. We need the generator ready to go year round. (I will be purchasing all of my parts from e replacements in the future.
1) I was told by repair shops and on line parts suppliers that the air filter was not available but could be ordered for $117.00 ER had the OEM air filter in stock for $23.xx as I recall. It was delivered in THREE DAYS!
2) No one local had an oil filter for my generator. ER had an OEM filter.
3) The foam air filter element was also available.
Stuck exhaust valve caused by improper air flow (mouse nests)

2. Removed carb assy. and cleaned in and out.
3. Removed magneto to clean out mouse nests.
4. Removed and replaced head gasket
5. Removed both valves, lapped, reset clearance.
6. Replaced air and oil filters.
7. Added oil.
8.Replaced all exterior coverings.

Removed rocker cover bolts. Removed old gasket installed new one. Replaced cover over rockers and tighten flange bolts.
