Needed better detail in order info
It was frustrating to access my order status and not be able to ascertain which part was holding up my very long awaited order. There was NO one available to talk to about it. It took too long for someone to respond by email because they had to go research the order instead of having it available and responding quickly. Give me a way to see which parts are holding up the order and allow me to cancel that one part, if desired, in lieu of the options to wait or cancel the whole order.
