  • Wrong Part
I received the wrong part, only because I ordered the wrong part. However, the return process was very easy, but a bit costly. Between the shipping costs to receive it, then the shipping cost to return it, I had more cost involved in transit, than the part itself cost. I understand those costs, too, are rising, it would be nice to see an improvement on this area of your service.

Spring loaded chute was tough to reassemble, had to use vice grips to hold spring while installing pin that held assembly together.

I went on line and found a similar repair and did what they did- I did easily find the part I needed on Replacement parts and got my mower going again fairly easily. At one point in the repair I had to get my wife to push in the rod while I held the spring in place but other than that I did it by myself. I was on the verge of buying a new mower- the $40 parts saved me from that. Thanks

Lawn Mower cutting poorly and would not pull as belt was dry rotted.I had lost the old chute and tired of emptying the bagger every 40 feet.

Unbolted appropriate bolts holding belt cover and replaced belt. The guide is held on by two bolts and the belt cover on top of the mower is held by two screws from the bottom. You have to do all work from the bottom of the mower. So have something to lean the mower on so you can access bottom without emptying the gas and oil.
