carb was clogged and needed rebuilt

Kip - August 2, 2016
Pulled carb off motor of chipper
took fuel tank off
cleaned out fuel tank
took carb apart which consisted of 4 screws and the needle and seat and jet
cleaned it out with carb cleaner and blew it out with compressed air
put new gaskets in along with jet and needle and seat along with diaphragm and spring.
installed it back on motor and engine started on the fourth pull
Is running better now than it has in years
I would recommend purchasing a new air cleaner at same time, Mine fell apart.
