I experienced horrible service by UPS Shipping, who returned my 3 screws to the USA from Sao Paulo, Brazil, for no reason that can be explained except to keep my money. The staff at eReplacementParts were most sympathetic and fantastic. They refunded the cost of my small purchase and 50% of the shipping which was several times more than the cost of the items. I reordered the screws and had them transhiped using the USPS. Hopefully in a few days I will be able to use my DeWalt XRP cordless that I am especially fond of and that have travelled with me all over the world during my working career. I can say without reservation, the staff at eReplacementparts.Com deserves this 5 Star rating and lots more. My small purchase was not exceptional or significant, but they treated it like it was and that is what has made me a life long customer. They will now always be my first stop for parts and replacement tools.

Broken handle on recripicating saw

With battery removed, I Removed the screws
Then separated and removed clam shell handle
Careful To disconnect /remove trigger and elects out of handle
Attached 1/2 handle (not the side you put the screws in) to body
Added elects placed other half on handle
Watch wires, don't pinch squeeze together check elects and overall fit
Screw together. Enjoy!

Remove all the screws, remove back stickers and open the drill in half. Replace the new plastic assambling and screwing back all together
