Removed screws and replaced throttle trigger. Pay attention to where the parts belong for re-assembly.

Plastic trigger throttle broke

Remove the screws from the handle assembly, and carefully separate them. Make note of where all the internal parts are installed, especially the spring. Remove the throttle cable from the broken trigger, and remove the broken trigger. Install the throttle cable into the new trigger. Return all the parts to where they belong, then screw the handle back together

Throttle trigger broke during transportation

1. Removed the torx screws from the throttle trigger housing.
2. Removed broken part
3. Reattached spring and insert new throttle trigger
4. Assemble trigger housing

Trigger broken

Removed the screws from the housing, made note of where all the parts inside were, especially the spring. Removed the cable lug from the trigger installed it in the new trigger. Made sure all the parts were in place and screwed the housings together.

I had broken two triggers on my equipment .

I removed two Phillip head screws in the handle Split open the housing with a screwdriver, took out the broken trigger and replaced it with the new trigger.
