Please note, the cable, trigger, spring and the screws are all sold separately. Please note, this plastic housing is sold individually. To complete this repair you will need a screwdriver.

    Replaced control cable, old cable would not move inside its cover. Which caused the throttle housing to break, Replaced Rear flap. Mower is about 15 yrs. old

    Float valve stuck uv ate bracket

    Replace cable bracket clean paint rusty parts push handle. Remove Flote bowl remove float valve clean all parts in parts cleaner mask paint bowl adjust to factory spec reassemble add fluids. Start run mow on hour make needed adjustment replace decals open vent gas cap. Run mow 30 min

    Original throttle housing broke - so that the cable was not secure enough to start the engine.

    1. Removed the broken throttle housing.
    2. Slipped the cable through the housing and secured the housing to the handle.
    3. Set tension on the throttle arm so that it gave the carb gas when pulled back.
    4. Set choke, pulled the starting rope and Wha-laa!!! engine started!
