    Removed the mower deck
    Raised the front of tractor with a hoist
    Hooked the spring to idler pulley assembly
    then used vise grips to hook other end to side of frame.

    Removed the mower deck. Identified where spring needed to be attached. hooked the spring into the idle assembly and then made a folded the string in half and ran it through the hole where the other end of spring was to hook. Hooked other end of spring into string and pull on string until the spring was hooked in hole where it went. Reattached the mower deck. Job was Done.

    Remove mower deck
    Elevate front tires
    Put 1 end of spring in stationary point
    Put vice grips onto other end of spring
    Pull spring to brake pedal lever hole
    Feed spring into hole
    Remove vice grips
    Get 4 tires to the ground
    Install deck

    Pliers, Thin wire cable

    Removed mower deck
    Removed old spring
    Hooked new spring in hole toward front of tractor
    Looped wire cable around remaining hook on spring
    Pulled spring toward rear of tractor where slot for spring is located
    (This requires you wear gloves and have good arm strength.
    Be careful not to cross over any fuel lines or other items running along frame of tractor where spring is attached )
    Reattach mower deck

    Remove mower deck. Tie rope or end of spring and pull to get it to go in hole where it goes.

    Clutch return spring broke.

    Pliers, Floor jack, 1 jack stand, 2 ft. length of bailing wire.

    Place wheel chocks behind rear wheels.
    Jacked up front of mower.
    Placed jack stand under machine. So I could remove Floor Jack.
    I like convenience!
    removed front right wheel for ease of access to frame.
    Fastened bailing wire around spring loop
    Crawled under right axle.
    Making sure loop with wire is facing up Installed spring loop onto clutch linkage.
    Slid bailing wire through the return spring slot on the front frame out the front of machine.
    Used pliers to Pull wire to stretch spring to connect to front Frame slot.
    Removed Bailing Wire from spring
    Checked to see if clutch pedal worked OK.
    Greased and Replaced wheel
    Jack up front of Mower.
    Removed jack stands.
    Let mower down on the ground.
    Test drove mower. Worked good.
    Drank a beer.
