This OEM lower spray arm in your dishwasher rotates to distribute water and detergent to clean your dishes on the lower rack. It is also known as the bottom spray arm or lower wash arm. Typically located at the bottom of the dishwasher, attached to the spray arm support or wash arm hub. If the spray arm moves loosely or wobbles during the dishwasher cycle, it needs replacement. Additionally, watch out for uneven cleaning, poor water distribution, or dishes not being thoroughly washed on the lower rack. To replace it, release the locking mechanism by turning the spray arm to the right and lifting it up from the arm supporter. Snap the new spray arm into place and lock it by turning it to the left. Note that the spray arm support is sold separately.
