Product Description ?

This is a genuine item that is made for use with Ryobi pressure washers. It is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer. The pump is a key component of your pressure washer as it is what will produce a high-pressure water flow. If your pump is damaged or not performing as it should, this will provide an identical replacement for the one that was installed on a new unit. One durable metal body pump is included. To ensure the correct installation, please refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model. Note, the pump is secured with three bolts which are sold separately. You will need pliers, a screwdriver and a wrench set to remove the housing and perform this repair. It is recommended to keep notes or take photos as you disassemble to make the reassembly easy.

    Worked like new

    Quick replacement
I received the replacement item within a week of my request - excellent service
    Guest - April 15, 2021 Verified Purchase
    Exact fit
The replacement pump was identical to the original pump. Should have taken more care with the packaging because the throttle cable was bent and the conduit broken. However, did not affect the operation after installed.

Ordered one form another site-did not fit. When I call to return it and get the right one the told me I would have to go to the manufacture to get ; anyway I found ReplacementParts and found the one I needed, fit and works perfectly. Good job RP.
Quick shipping and was just what I was looking for.

    Perfect fit! Works great!
Should have asked for faster shipping. Took longer than expected.

Easy repair by it being an original manufacturing part.
Part arrived quickly. The only suggestion I would offer is that you offer a space to type in the actual problem. You only offered a selection of three or four. My issue was that the three bolts that held the pump together all sheared off at the same time.

    Packaging could have be better
I received the part in a box without much protection besides a brown piece of paper loosely inside. Pump was not protected from potential shipping damage although it did make it without damage. Please review your packaging protocol to insure future damage free shipments.

    Damaged in transit
The 4 rating is for the customer service crew. Very efficient. The rate for the part is 0 I was not able to use it. The packaging method was very bad. No protection or cushion inside the box. The part was loose inside and got severe damage. My recommendation is for the shipping department. They need to improve the packing methods and procedures in order to protect the parts.

    Easy part to replace
I was not happy when the part arrived at my front door, the box looked like it had been in a war zone!! After I opened the box I found out why there was no packing in the box just the pump.

Not too difficult. Requires moderate skill. My suggestion would be to take pics with phone especially of adjustable parts (i.e. idler cable) to aid in returning them to their previous position.
Even though you can use the old thermal relief valve, I would order a new one with the pump order. I also changed the oil and spark plug while on the bench. Overall it was an easy repair.

The pump was unbolted from the chassis and/or the engine. Turns out the pump and the engine's output shaft were rusted together. I ended up disassembling the entire pump in order to get a puller on the pump housing. This way I was able to pull the pump body from the engine's output shaft. Beware, the pump is full of gear oil. Turned out to be quite the ordeal, but I'm sure I still saved on labor.
