For whatever reason, I got the wrong mandrell - 3 legged vs the 4 required - despite having given the model #, etc. Not sure what happened but new parts were shipped out right away. Got the new parts and darned if they did not send the wrong pulley, saying the manufacturer no longer made the part. That made no sense on the part of the person who packed the order. I was able to find the correct part on Amazon. A refund for that part has already been made. The CSR's were very helpful without hesitation in both of my calls regarding the wrong parts. Packers seem to be the issue as they had my tractor model #, etc.

Removed deck
Removed plastic protector over mandrel, required 3 new screws to remount (do yourself a favor and replace these--the old ones are likely in poor shape (requires a 30mm torx screwdriver to remove)
Removed blades (7/8\" wrench required)
Removed mandrels and metric wrenches are required (13mm I think)

Mandrels came with hardened bolts (with steel inserts installed in mandrels) for those bolts

2. Removed existing bolt(s) from broken mandrel

The top of the blade drive was defaced causing the blade to not turn.
Took off the blade system cleaned and replaced one baring mount to that the new blade was locked in place. Replaced the belt, cause the one I bought at tractor supply was 1/2 to long and slopped.
