Grass trimmer clutch assembly broken

I removed motor assembly and took off clutch assembly and replaced it with new clutch assembly and replaced spark plug and air cleaner ,reassembled all parts and put grass trimmer back in service

Honda trimmer would not run. Replaced spark plug, fuel filter, Fuel and return tube.

1. Removed old fuel tubes
2. Removed gas tank to access fuel filter and run new tubes into tank.
3. Replaced spark plug.
Note: removing the grommet in the gas tank makes it easy to run the new tubes and attach the new fuel filter. Cutting a diagonal cut in the ends of the fuel tubes makes it easier to insert into the gr ommet.

Basically, all of the servicing and repairs were done with the help of You Tubers. I was able to follow the videos and able to to the work on my Honda Gas Trimmer with also help of eReplacement videos posted. All the parts purchased from eReplacement were correct and very easy to install.

Honda FG110 tiller very hard to start and once started would stall out when throttle applied.

1. Replaced the carburetorGǪquick and easy
2. Replaced the fuel filter. Snagged the fuel line out of the tank with a clothes hanger. Be sure not to pull too hard so you donGÇÖt disconnect the fuel line inside the fuel tank
3. Replaced the air filter after installing new carburetor..
4. Replaced spark plug. Had to rem ove one screw holding the plastic cover onto the the engine to get to the plug. Removed plug and installed new one.
After the repairs the tiller was as good as new.

Air intake cover plastic broke on Honda roto-tiller

Took off the housing and r&r\'d the plug. Another housing to change the air filter. Pulled the fuel intake line out of the tank with the aid of a small hooked tool and r&r\'d the fuel filter. All very easy .
