Air intake cover plastic broke on Honda roto-tiller

Removed old cover and enclosed filter and replaced with new. Then did annual maintenance including changing spark plug and gas filter on tiller.

80 pound \'puppy\' chewed the housing(s) off of machine

Simple remove (2) 5/16\" cap screws from housing to carb
replace with new housing, replace the cap screws
air filter element simple push in to housing
air filter cover hooks onto housing and then snaps into place on housing

Finding the correct parts locally was the hardest part of this job...then I remember ed ereplacement parts...the parts needed were in stock and a couple of days later they were received.

Filter housing broken

Remove two nuts.
Replaced the housing, filter and cover.
Was an older rotor tiller and filter assembly mounted at 90 degrees from original.
Original had choke on top. New has it on its side.
Still works very well.

engine would not start.

Engine was not winterized, and there was old stale fuel present.
Drained old fuel, installed new fuel filter.
Installed new spark plug, along with new air filter and missing air fiter cover.
Followed proper starting procedure ,and started like a champ.

Removed air cleaner and choke plate. Replaced carb bolt and new air cleaner. Replaced fueltank grommet, fuel filter, o- rink and fuel hose.
