This blade insulator is an authentic Black and Decker replacement part. It is supplied from original equipment manufacturer for use with push/walk-behind lawn mowers. It acts as a adapter/spacer for the mower blade. This item is made out of plastic material and it is sold individually. To replace it you would need a wrench to remove the blade nut.

Blade hit rock: vibration insulator damaged
