Removed protective cover removed hold down nut, replaced old fan blade with new blade, Loctite on treads replace hold down nut. Perfect fit.

Removed the broken grill, then the LH nut , then the fan. I push the new fan back on, then tightened the nut, and replace the broken grill. Then simply put the tubes together
