Much better than the plastic one
Replaced the plastic fan with this one and there is a noticeable improvement. Doesn't bog down when it mulches a big chunk of leaves.

Original plastic fan/chipper worn down / worn out

Used vice grips to remove the nut (plastic head was super worn down, so a regular wrench wouldnt have worked for me... Turn RIGHT to loosen). Wedged a big flathead under the fan and turned to pry the fan loose from the motor shaft. Popped on the new METAL replacement fan (normally used by a more expensive model) and re-tightened the nut. Works great, the aluminum fan should last a lot longer than the plastic one, and they seem to be 100% compatible.

This impeller worked great with my Black and decker leaf vacuum and blower (BEBL7000).

Make sure you remove the one bolt with a clockwise turn because it is reverse-threaded. Otherwise it's just old one of, new one on.
