Attach new grill to existing exhaust fan. Note that I purchased the extra springs because I was advised that the replacement grill did not come with the attachment springs. The new grill actually did come with new attachment springs -

The plastic holders broke and the wires and could not be glued so that the wires could connect to the fan.
