    Removed the air inlet by knocking out the roll pin then replaced the seat gasket & o-ring then viola it all worked as normal.

    Remove roll pin near base of handle with punch.
    Remove air assembly, o rings, seat and gasket. Note orientation of seat.
    Reverse steps to reassemble.

    Throttle seat was bad and constantly ran

    Removed roll pin removed throttle parts replaced all o rings and throttle seat replaced every thing replaced. Then replaced the roll pin
