    Inspected existing fuel tank assembly and found tank/grommet was defective (Ordered New Tank)
    Remove existing tank guards and gas tank
    Removed fuel line tubing and clamps
    Inspected the prime bulb and found to be faulty also (Ordered New Prime Bulb)
    Installed new prime bulb
    Connected new tank fuel lines and installed gas tank
    Installed tank guards
    Tested new installation and trimmer started after priming

    Removed four screws snap old tank off replaced with new tank reinstalled for screws very simpleNo other tools required

    Grommet on fuel tank was old & it shrunk from the many years of usage it was leaking when tank was full.

    Drained old tank, unbolted old tank from trimmer.
    Cleaned everything up before installing new tank.
    reconnected fuel lines & replaced bolts filled up tank & off I went hope I get another 14 years of service.

    Removed screws and hoses from old assembly and installed new assembly in reverse order. It was not difficult at all.
