Forward pulley was shredding belts and drive cable was almost worn all the way through. Return spring was stretched out.

My neighbor, with experience put it all together for me in the garden. Works so good now, better than ever.

Frozen idler pulley

Remove the bolt and nut from the pivot bracket which is holding the idler pulley
Remove the old pulley and install the new one with the bolt and nut

Wrong part

It was the wrong part, but I made it work. It was 1/2" to narrow. I didn't have time to send it back and get another one. I had to get my garden planted and the rain just keep coming.
